EASY HEALTHY TACO SALAD RECIPE WITH GROUND BEEF
INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon avocado oil (or any oil of your choice)
2 tablespoons seasoning tacos (in store or at home)
8 oz Romaine Salad (chopped)
1 1/3 cup grape tomatoes (in half)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1 medium avocado (cube)
1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add ground beef. Fry, breaking pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and the moisture evaporates.
- Stir the taco seasoning in ground beef until well mixed
- In the meantime, mix all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add ground beef. Throw it all together.
