AIR FRYER PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

8 ounces of pork chops (four) in the center or without bones (see Recipe notes)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pork chop seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 teaspoon of powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the fryer to 380ºF.
  2. Lubricate the pork on both sides with a little olive oil.
  3. Combine the pork seasonings together in a bowl (this is enough for four pork chops) and apply on both sides of the pork chop.
  4. Place the pork chop in the deep fat fryer and cook for 9-12 minutes, turning the chop by half until it reaches a minimum temperature of 145 ° F (the exact cooking time depends on the thickness of the pork and your model of deep fat fryer)

Recipe Notes

  1. Serving - Seasonings should be enough for four medium-sized pork chops, just add a little more if you need it. Nutrition is calculated based on one 8 ounce pork chop per serving.
  2. Cooking time is not an exact science and, like conventional ovens, deep fryers differ from one model to another depending on how hot they are and how well they cook. Fortunately, it’s very easy to check products there by opening the drawer to see how they cook.
  3. Chops without bones - they can be fried in the air, just adjust the cooking time depending on their thickness. Boneless lean chops tend to be drier than bones, so keep that in mind.
