CROCK POT LOW CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

CROCK POT LOW CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Our low-carb bacon cheeseburger casserole is the universal creamy savory casserole that everyone loves! Eat it on top of a salad with your favorite burger filling or low carb film. Carbohydrate lovers will also like sandwiches! This recipe is a great way to serve something that everyone will like, while keeping carbohydrates low.

This recipe is my favorite type of recipe. It is so versatile that carbohydrate lovers and people with a low carb diet can enjoy it to the fullest. I serve this for a light meal for the night and when we have guests who are not low carb.

We enjoy this recipe on a lettuce leaf with mayonnaise, mustard, low-carb ketchup, tomatoes and pickles. We also enjoy it in low-carb tortillas or on low-carb bread / rolls. When we have guests, I just take a bag of corn chips and regular buns for them.
