PULLED PORK PASTRY PUFFS

These pork puff pastries are a favorite in our home. They are great for lunch, dinner or parties. You can cook them in advance and freeze until ready to serve. I am preparing a game this weekend to have the Super Bowl next weekend. LOVE is easy to make forward recipes, like this one !!

Pork puff pastries - just 4 ingredients! A great recipe for a quick lunch, dinner, or party. Smoked pork with barbecue sauce and cheese, baked in puff pastry. So good! You can do it ahead and freeze it for later. We love to serve them with cabbage salad and optional barbecue sauce or a dive ranch. YUM! #pulledpork #partyfood #appetizer #tailgating

In this recipe I used a bag of smoked Costco pork. This is my favorite store of stock dried pork. This is at the back of my Costco with other pre-cooked meats and soups. It comes in two one-pound packages. I always have a pack in the freezer for a quick meal.

With just 4 simple ingredients, you can’t go wrong with these rich pastries. They are always a hit! Serve some extra barbecue sauce on the side or even a ranch dressing would be nice. I mean, what's wrong with the Ranch?
