20 MINUTE HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
8-cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 chopped celery stalks
4 whole carrots cracked
1/2 diced onions
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Egg Noodles

Instructions

  1. In a warehouse post drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Cook the carrot / celery / onion mixture for 5-8 minutes until it is soft.
  3. Add chicken stock, water and seasonings. Boil. Allow vegetables to continue cooking and thaw chicken and heat.
  4. Add the pasta and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite rolls, such as our homemade Hawaiian rolls.

Recipe Notes

You can use grilled chicken. Just cut it and use about 2 cups of chicken grill in this recipe.
