20 MINUTE HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
8-cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 chopped celery stalks
4 whole carrots cracked
1/2 diced onions
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Egg Noodles
Instructions
- In a warehouse post drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook the carrot / celery / onion mixture for 5-8 minutes until it is soft.
- Add chicken stock, water and seasonings. Boil. Allow vegetables to continue cooking and thaw chicken and heat.
- Add the pasta and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite rolls, such as our homemade Hawaiian rolls.
Recipe Notes
You can use grilled chicken. Just cut it and use about 2 cups of chicken grill in this recipe.
